Terms & Conditions Of Sale / Payments
Your place(s) on the course requires a deposit of no less than 50% of total course fee to secure the booking.
Your place(s) on the course will be provisional until funds from this deposit have cleared. This deposit is non-refundable. Please be aware that we may have to cancel provisional bookings and reallocate spaces to other candidates whose deposit funds clear first. You may cancel your place(s) on the course subject to our Cancellation Policy and fees are per candidate.
Your deposit is transferrable to another course of the same title should you need to and providing the course date change request is made 10 or more working days before the original course date (and subject to availability). Deposits are transferable for a maximum of two calendar months from the date of the original course date and may be transferred a maximum of twice during this two month period.
The balance of course fees becomes due strictly 5 working days before the date of commencement of the course. An invoice for this payment will be sent out to you in advance once your deposit funds have cleared. This balance may be paid by either cash, cheque, or other method agreed by C&DTraining Limited in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel a course without notice should unforeseen circumstances occur. Should we need to cancel a course, a full refund of the course fees will be provided. C&DTraining Limited will not be held liable for any additional compensation or costs incurred by candidates or organisations.
Refunds of course fees where candidates do not satisfy the 100% attendance requirement, or do not fully (or successfully) complete any course assessments (also within specified timescales contained within the course joining instructions) will not be made. Certification will only be issued to candidates where course fees have been paid in full.
